ORDER PROCESSING/SHIPPING:

Once your order has been processed, usually within 48 hours, it will be shipped, except during US holidays. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on where you are located, within the United States.

Since you are ordering online, we do not have access to your payment information.

We ship all packages via; USPS.

PLEASE NOTE; that Nellie's Creative Touch, along with any employee of Nellie's Creative Touch is not responsible for loss or damage item/items once the package has left my studio or place of business and is within the Post Office service.

Insurance can be added at an additional cost to the buyer. Nellie's Creative Touch does provide US tracking only, for each purchase.  You will notify you of this number, once your item has been processed and is ready for shipping.

Once your package has been shipped, Nellie's Creative Touch nor any employee of Nellie's Creative Touch is responsible for lost or damaged items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Nellie's Creative Touch ships all packages via the US Postal Service.

Shipping charges are based on the weight and location. Customers are responsible for any and all Duty/Customs Fees that occur from your transaction. Nellie's Creative Touch nor any employee of Nellie's Creative Touch is responsible for packages, once they have shipped.

Only US tracking is available for your package and will be sent to you, once Nellie's Creative Touch has processed your order and is ready for shipping.  Once your package leaves the US customs, Nellie's Creative Touch nor any employee of Nellie's Creative Touch will be able to obtain any tracking information on your package.

***PLEASE NOTE*** Once a package leaves Nellie's Creative Touch and is within the Post Office service, Nellie's Creative Touch nor any employee of Nellie's Creative Touch is liable for any loss or damage packages.  If you want to insure your package for loss, damaged items or have International tracking on it, you will need to let Nellie's Creative Touch know ASAP after you purchase your item/items. An invoice will be sent to you for the additional charges.

ART PRINTS

Nellie's Creative Touch ships all art prints via the US Postal Service.  They are packaged with a white backing board and enclosed in a clear plastic bag/sleeve. If you prefer to have your item shipped in a rolled tube, you will need to notify Nellie's Creative Touch of this ASAP upon purchase.

Nellie's Creative Touch has made every effort to ensure that the art print photographs, represent the true colors of the paintings. Nellie's Creative Touch cannot guarantee an exact match. The colors will display differently depending on the type of screen/monitor that you are viewing them on.

All prints come from original hand-painted paintings, created by Nellie Wortman. This art print, is from Nellie Wortman's original art work and Nellie Wortman hold all copyrights to the piece.  No form of reproduction in any manner, is allowed on this, without Nellie Wortman's written consent.

*** International Buyers*** Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS:

Nellie's Creative Touch/Nellie Wortman does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

Please contact Nellie's Creative Touch if you have any problems with your order.

All sales are final... Nellie's Creative Touch/Nellie Wortman does want you to be a happy customer, so if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Nellie's Creative Touch right away and we will see what can be done.

 

CLASSES:
 
Nellie Wortman's online classes are held at, Ruzuku site.  Upon purchasing your class/classes through Nellie's Creative Touch, a link will be sent to you within 24 hrs, generally much sooner.
Once you have paid and signed into the class, all contents, supply list and videos are available at once and you are able to view them, 24/7 and as many times as you wish.
Nellie Wortman has also made her classes available for download. Please keep in mind, that to be able to download the videos, you may find that your download speed is too slow. If you find that you are having a hard time downloading the videos, this may require you to find a spot (business) that allows free use of their wifi and has faster download speed or contact your internet provider and see about obtaining faster speed. Also, sometimes firewall protections and image blockers will prevent you from downloading videos.

Regarding online classes... important*
You will want to make sure, that if the email that you pay with, isn't where you want me to send the invite link to the online class, that you let Nellie's Creative Touch/Nellie Wortman know. Otherwise, the email that is listed on your payment receipt, is where the invite link will be sent to.

VAT shipping policies

New shipping policies for all EU buyers

 Starting July 1, 2021

 The European Union (EU) is making changes to tax regulations for eCommerce purchases made within the EU.

 For any shipped purchases made here on Nellie’s Creative Touch, Nellie Wortman/Nellie's Creative Touch will be not charging a VAT tax for that item that is purchased and shipped from Nellie’s Creative Touch, to the European Union. 

 So what does that mean….

 Please note, that would mean, that YOU are responsible for any and all tax/taxes that are due upon receiving your shipped items to you from this shop/ Nellie’s Creative Touch.
